By receiving this money we (CSS) confirm that upon completion you will receive a written piece to specification (subject to the restrictions detailed below). The writing process will take no longer than 7 days after the estimated deadline resulting from subsequent contact with the writer over narrative, length and fee. The finished article will be transferred via our website to you, the Customer, after the total commission has been received as per negotiation with your writer.
The initial fee pertains to current story length as per our pricing guide. It is subject to variation should you request changes to length before the completion of the writing process.
Deposits are non refundable. They will be automatically deducted from your final commission. Requests made alongside a deposit will require a response to the Writer's follow up email before production of the story can begin.
Should you make a full payment upon request, production of the story will continue regardless of lack of response to the Writer's follow up email. However, this would mean that completion will be subject to no agreed date and therefore in such an instance there is no guarantee as to the estimated date of completion. If you choose to cancel your fully paid order before completion, you will be refunded the full amount minus 20%, representing the equivalent sum that would have been required for a deposit.
Furthermore, by sending this money you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that you agree to these terms and conditions.
All narratives created are a purely fictional work, the copyright to be held by customsexstories.com and the individual writer. Deliberation over the transfer of copyright can be considered upon request. Regardless of the characters or scenario requested by yourself, the Customer, and in the case of any ambiguity within the narrative; we confirm that all characters created by the writer are aged 18 or over,regardless of fantasy scenario, customer specification or any individual interpretation by the reader.
Requests that are subject to potential legal difficulties due to content will not be fulfilled. Due to the various differences in legislation internationally, we may at our discretion choose to refund deposits or payments in this instance.
